Three Prescott businessmen are busy stripping down and scrubbing up Coyote Joe’s Bar and Grill in downtown Prescott. Jimmy Savoini, co-owner of Savoini’s Western Wear; Geoff Crooks, owner of Old Southwest Car Wash; and Dave Long, owner and broker for Arizona Business Consultants are the partners who have leased CoJos. Long also has experience in the restaurant and sports bar businesses.
